Who is Jolene Park?

Jolene is a functional nutritionist, health coach, and trauma-informed yoga instructor. She is the founder of Healthy Discoveries and has worked in corporate wellness since 2004.  She is also the co-host of “Editing Our Drinking & Our Lives Podcast”. 

What if I can't make the LIVE classes and interviews?

No problem, all classes and interviews will be recorded and archived for you to download and rewatch at your convenience.

What will happen after I register?

You'll have access to the membership site and immediately receive Jolene’s signature training:  “10 Vital Nutrients for Your Craving Brain and Finding Your Why: A Practical Approach”. You’ll also receive access to the Facebook group and the monthly schedule of virtual classes and interviews.

When will the LIVE classes be held?
