Gray Area Drinking Primer

Audio Training 

This primer is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of Gray Area Drinking. It puts the power in your hands as you discover new research, bust some myths, and question the paradigm around what you’ve traditionally thought about problem drinking.

The training has 12 short audio lessons (5-10 minutes each). Each session answers a different question about Gray Area Drinking, for example: 

  • How to know if you're a Gray Area Drinker.
  • But isn’t red wine good for your heart?
  • How does Gray Area Drinking impact the body and brain? 

By the end of this audio course you will understand what a Gray Area Drinker is and is not, the risk factors for becoming a Gray Area Drinker, and how to begin healing from Gray Area Drinking.

Sober Choice 30-Day Program

Video Training

The Sober Choice is a deep dive designed to walk you through the first 30 days of living alcohol free. This resource teaches you the “how to” in a way that’s fun and accessible.

Each of the 30 lessons in the course includes a short (7-15 min) video talk presented by Jolene, and resources to implement into your life each day. The accompanying workbook provides a brief explanation of the day’s lesson, action steps to be taken, prompts for reflection, and additional learning to access at any time. 

By the end of this course, you will have the tools and resources to thrive alcohol free in a world filled with alcohol. Each day will cover a different topic that's relevant to living an alcohol-free life.
